Mad props [kudos] to Dr. Kaplan and the entire team at N. TX Family Medicine. Each person was kind, caring and devoted their time and attention to actually listening to my need or concern. Highly recommended! If we view time as a commodity then we can choose to either spend time or invest time. Dr. Kaplan and his staff invested their time in and with me. It has been decades since a physician spent more than 5 minutes with me. For their care and concern I am grateful. And will remain a patient for life!

Dr. Kaplin is the best PCP in the entire metroplex. I have been under his care for over 15 years. He takes the time to really get to know you and your health care needs. If you want to be treated like a human being and not just another number take the time to get to know him.

Dr. Kaplan is so professional and caring. He truly works with his patients. He is there in a pinch when you need an emergency tetanus shot and he is present and engaged during appointments while discussing your health. Best doctor I have ever had.

Doctor Kaplan has been a great resource for me during times of sickness and uncertainty. I have been able to set up and appointment or communicate with him to get his opinion. Also before taking a long trip to Asia, Doctor Kaplan and his associates have been extremely helpful to me in making sure I am prepared.

Dr. Kaplan is an excellent physician and has gone above and beyond for me as my primary doctor for 15+ years. He will actually listen to your concerns and it is never a rushed visit. Dr. Kaplan spends time explaining and answering any and all concerns in a thorough and down to earth manner, and he makes sure things are correct and you are comfortable. I highly recommend him.

I've had many doctors over the years and Dr Kaplan is by far one of the best. Very thorough and cares for his patients. Hope to continue coming to Dr Kaplan for a long time.

You will never get a more honest or caring doctor than Adam Kaplan. He is wonderful and I hope to always have him and his team as my care partners. He actually listens and offers options and advice. Going to the doctor is a good thing w him. Thanks Dr. Kaplan!

Dr. Adam Kaplan holds a special place in my life. He is one of the best doctors I have seen so far in America. He takes very good care of me, trying to find a solution to all my problems, bless him. And he is closely involved with my current health issues. I first went to him in 2019, to his office in Plano. I was having problems with my kidney and I suspected I had diabetes. And I was not wrong. He diagnosed me with type 2 diabetes. But since 2019, his guidance to the right medications and treatments has my type 2 diabetes completely under control for a long time. And my quality of life has greatly improved. I have lost a lot of weight, in a healthy way. I hope it continues like this. I would especially recommend him to all diabetics, those with type 2 diabetes. Besides that, he is really knowledgeable, very helpful, and a kind-hearted person.

Dr. Kaplan, has been taking care of my family for 24 years, NEVER has he made me or my family feel like he is money hungry. I love that he doesn't sugar coat your health. He is very firm about his beliefs in taking care of your health. So if you are not ready to make changes then dont go . I will recommend this clinic always!
